Things to know before eyelash appointment:

  • Shower before your appointment. It is recommended that you do not get your eyelashes wet for at least 12 hours, preferably 24 hours after application.
  • Please do not wear any eye make-up to your eyelash appointment.
  • if you wear contact lenses you may want to consider wearing glasses instead to the appointment. You may resume wearing contacts after your eyelash application.
  • Please inform all future service reps regarding your eyelash extensions when having facial work done. Caution is recommended when having laser or chemical peels applied to your face.
  • Use of all manual lash curlers are prohibited.
  • Avoid suntan beds, steam and saunas for the first 48 hours after appointment.
  • Keep your fingers off your lashes, every time you touch, you are transferring natural oils and germs.
  • Avoid using oil based skincare mascara, and cleansing products. Only water based(oil free) products are approved.
  • Oil based products mascara and waterproof mascara will interfere with the bond and have disastrous effects.
  • A natural eyelash hair cycle is sixty to ninety days. When one lash falls out there is another lash growing in, therefore you will need regular fills approximately every 2-3 or 3-4 weeks. Routine maintenance is needed to keep your lashes looking beautiful.
